What a Neravantis match establishes
A matched facility has active monitoring requirements in the available source data that overlap with capabilities selected for a laboratory and fall within the configured territory.
What a match does not establish
- That the facility currently outsources its analysis.
- That it is seeking or willing to change laboratories.
- That the laboratory is accredited for the work.
- That estimated workload is a quotation or compliance finding.
How frequency is handled
Raw source frequencies remain visible. When a reviewed mapping is available, Neravantis also shows a normalized cadence and may derive an estimated annual analytical-event count. Unknown or irregular schedules remain explicitly unknown. Annualized determinations are derived only when monitoring cadence can be interpreted reliably; unknown, conditional, or permit-defined frequencies remain unannualized.
How changes are handled
Additions, removals, and material monitoring changes are detected between validated snapshots. Removal signals are not emitted from an incomplete candidate snapshot.
